The Company will not remove or transmit personal information externally without the permission of the business partner or the contracted academic society, thereby preventing any leakage.
6.Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
The Company acknowledges that individuals have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information. If such a request is made, the Company will respond promptly and without objection.

The Company appoints a Personal Information Protection Manager to ensure proper management of personal information.

The Company conducts periodic audits regarding the handling of personal information and continuously strives for ongoing improvement.
